About the Club

We are a small Cornish village cricket club that has been in existence for well over one hundred years.  Mike is currently researching and writing up the club history, but we have some old photos on this site to whet your appetite.  Our ground, which is set on the banks of the River Tamar, is one of the most attractive in the Duchy.

We currently run one Saturday team that plays in the Cornwall Cricket League and the occasional friendly.  Our members range from the young to the not-so-young.  Net practises are held most Friday evenings, 6-8pm.  All are welcome, although potential new players may wish to ring in advance to check the programme.

We are always looking to strengthen our squad, both for our current team and possibly to form an evening league side.  Prospective players of all ages are welcome.  If you are interested in joining us, please get in touch or visit us at the ground on any home game.
